Suncoast Trailers started in 1986, when a local, family-run landscaping equipment store, Green Thumb Lawn & Garden (est. 1975), started repairing trailers at the request of their customers. These customers, mostly professional landscapers, were bringing in cheap, poorly made trailers that needed constant repair, and it became clear that South Florida landscapers desperately needed a locally built, high-quality trailer that wasn’t going to fall apart after a few years of use.

So the family started building a high quality, durable, enclosed trailer meant specifically for professional landscapers- and the Suncoast Trailer reputation spread quickly throughout the industry in the South Florida.

Now, decades later, our trailers are tougher than ever- still built using only high-quality steel, durable torsion axles, and hand-finished with premium paint, wood, and aluminum. Over the years we’ve added features designed to support tough landscaping work- a steel toolbox welded on the hitch, rugged exterior springs on the ramp, and 2 x 8 pressure treated wood floors on every trailer.

In January of 2020 Ben and Alex Feldman purchased Suncoast Trailers from the original founding family. Ben & Alex live in South Florida with their families and are US Army combat veterans of Iraq & Afghanistan- they are honored to continue the original family legacy and have continued the nearly 40-year commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

At our Pompano Beach & Coral Springs, FL facilities, we manufacture our trailers using only the finest raw materials and components. We combine this with our streamlined manufacturing process and an exacting QA/QC inspection- our formula for building the finest trailer in the United States.
