If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed purchase agreement, dealer agreement, financing agreement, written warranty, order confirmation, invoice, or checkout-specific terms, the more specific agreement will control with respect to that transaction.

Information submitted through a lead form, quote request, dealer application, product configurator, or similar Website feature does not obligate Sun Coast Trailers to sell a product, approve a dealer, extend financing, reserve inventory, or enter into any other transaction.
5. Product Descriptions, Images, and Specifications
Trailer models, specifications, dimensions, capacities, components, features, colors, materials, photographs, renderings, diagrams, and other product information may change without notice where permitted by law.
Product photographs, illustrations, videos, and digital renderings are provided for general reference. Actual products may differ because of:
Manufacturing changes;
Optional equipment;
Component substitutions;
Supplier availability;
Model-year changes;
Custom configurations;
Lighting or photography;
Screen and display settings; or
Other production or technical factors.
A photograph or rendering may show optional equipment, accessories, decorations, cargo, vehicles, or features that are not included in the stated price.
Before completing a purchase, you should review the final written specifications, options, pricing, and other terms contained in the applicable order confirmation, invoice, build sheet, or purchase agreement.
6. Trailer Configurators and Build Tools
If the Website offers a trailer configurator, “build your trailer” tool, or similar feature, its results are estimates provided for planning and informational purposes.
A configuration generated through the Website does not guarantee:
That every selected feature can be combined;
That components are available;
That the product can be manufactured within a particular timeframe;
That the displayed price is final;
That the trailer is compatible with a particular tow vehicle; or
That the configuration complies with every law or use requirement applicable to you.
A final configuration is subject to review and written acceptance by Sun Coast Trailers or the applicable authorized dealer.
7. Quotes and Estimates
Quotes, estimates, preliminary pricing, and availability information may be subject to expiration, correction, component availability, production capacity, transportation charges, taxes, fees, and other stated conditions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, a quote or estimate is not a binding offer and does not reserve a production slot, product, price, or delivery date.
Only an accepted written order, purchase agreement, or other written confirmation authorized by Sun Coast Trailers or the applicable seller creates a binding sales obligation.
8. Pricing and Availability
Prices and availability displayed on the Website are subject to change without notice until an order is accepted.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed prices may not include:
Sales, use, or similar taxes;
Title, tag, registration, or licensing fees;
Dealer fees;
Destination or freight charges;
Delivery charges;
Setup or preparation charges;
Financing charges;
Optional equipment;
Installation charges;
Insurance;
Governmental charges; or

Products, options, and components may be unavailable, discontinued, substituted, delayed, or subject to allocation.
We reserve the right to correct typographical, pricing, specification, inventory, and other errors. If an error affects an order you have submitted, we may contact you with corrected information and allow you to accept the correction or cancel the affected order.

An automated message or notification acknowledging receipt of an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

10. Payments
If we accept online payments, reservations, or deposits, you agree to provide complete and accurate billing and payment information.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Payments may be processed by an independent payment processor, bank, lender, or other financial service provider. Your use of a third-party payment service may be subject to that provider’s separate terms and privacy policy.
We may receive limited transaction information from a payment provider, such as:

Transaction amount;

A transaction identifier.
You should not submit payment card numbers or banking credentials through general Website contact forms or other forms not specifically designated for secure payment processing.

12. Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Trailers and other products manufactured, modified, ordered, or configured to a customer’s specifications may be subject to special cancellation, change, and return restrictions.
Once materials have been ordered, production has begun, or customization work has been performed, an order may be noncancelable or subject to charges for costs already incurred, provided those terms were disclosed in the applicable order or purchase agreement.
Requested changes may affect pricing, completion estimates, specifications, weight, component availability, and delivery.
No modification to an accepted order is effective unless approved in writing by Sun Coast Trailers or the applicable seller.
13. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Cancellation, return, and refund rights vary depending on the product, customization, stage of production, seller, and transaction.
The specific cancellation, return, and refund terms presented at checkout or contained in an order confirmation, invoice, purchase agreement, or dealer agreement will govern.
These Website Terms do not independently create a right to cancel or return a trailer, custom product, part, accessory, deposit, or service.
Nothing in this section limits any nonwaivable right available under applicable law.
14. Taxes, Registration, Title, and Licensing
You are responsible for applicable taxes, registration, title, licensing, inspection, insurance, and other governmental requirements associated with your purchase, possession, transportation, or use of a trailer unless the applicable purchase agreement expressly assigns that responsibility to someone else.
Requirements may vary depending on your location, the location of the seller, the delivery method, the trailer type, and the intended use.
15. Delivery, Freight, and Pickup
Delivery, freight, and pickup terms will be stated in the applicable order confirmation, invoice, purchase agreement, or shipping documentation.
Estimated production, shipment, or delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Delays may occur because of component shortages, supplier delays, production conditions, transportation problems, weather, governmental action, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Title and risk of loss will transfer as stated in the applicable purchase agreement or transaction documents.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that the delivery or pickup location is accessible and appropriate for the trailer and transport equipment.
16. Inspection and Damage
You should inspect a trailer, part, accessory, or other product promptly upon delivery or pickup.
Visible freight damage, shortages, or delivery discrepancies should be documented and reported according to the instructions provided by the seller, carrier, or dealer.
Acceptance, inspection, and notice requirements may be further described in the applicable purchase agreement, delivery documents, warranty, or carrier terms.
17. Financing
The Website may provide general financing information or links to independent lenders and financing providers.
Financing is not guaranteed. Approval, rates, down-payment requirements, repayment terms, fees, and other conditions are determined by the applicable lender.
Submitting a product inquiry, quote request, reservation, or order does not constitute approval for financing.
If you apply directly through a third-party lender, your application and financial information will be governed by the lender’s terms and privacy practices.
Sun Coast Trailers is not responsible for an independent lender’s credit decision, terms, acts, or omissions.
18. Authorized Dealers and Independent Businesses
Sun Coast Trailers may manufacture trailers that are sold or serviced through independently owned and operated dealers or distributors.
A dealer may receive information you submit so that the dealer can respond to your inquiry, provide a quote, facilitate a purchase, arrange delivery, or provide service.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, an authorized dealer:
Is an independent business;
Is not an employee of Sun Coast Trailers;
Establishes its own retail pricing and transaction terms;
May offer separate products or services;
May maintain its own policies and procedures; and
Is responsible for its own representations, contracts, charges, and conduct.
A dealer’s use of Sun Coast Trailers branding does not, by itself, make the dealer our employee, agent, or legal representative.
Transactions completed directly with a dealer may be governed by the dealer’s purchase agreement, return policy, privacy policy, and other terms.
19. Dealer Applications
Submitting a dealer application does not guarantee approval, exclusivity, territory rights, inventory, credit, pricing, or any other commercial relationship.
We may evaluate dealer applications using the information submitted and other lawful business considerations.
A dealer relationship is established only through a separate written dealer agreement signed by authorized representatives.
If a dealer agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding the dealer relationship, the dealer agreement controls.
20. Warranties
Any written warranty applicable to a trailer, part, accessory, or other product will be provided separately or made available as required.
The applicable written warranty, rather than general Website content, controls the warranty coverage, duration, exclusions, limitations, claim procedures, and remedies for the product.
No Website statement, photograph, advertisement, product description, employee communication, or dealer communication modifies or expands a written warranty unless the modification is expressly made in a written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Sun Coast Trailers.
These Terms do not disclaim or limit an express written product warranty or any consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
Before purchasing a product, you should review the applicable written warranty and ask questions about anything you do not understand.
21. Safe and Lawful Use of Trailers
Trailer selection, loading, towing, maintenance, and operation involve important safety considerations.
You are responsible for:
Selecting an appropriate trailer for the intended use;
Confirming compatibility with the tow vehicle and towing equipment;
Following applicable owner manuals, labels, instructions, and warnings;
Complying with weight and load limits;
Properly distributing and securing cargo;
Using appropriate hitch, coupling, braking, lighting, tire, and safety equipment;
Conducting appropriate inspections and maintenance;
Obtaining required licenses, registrations, permits, and insurance; and
Complying with applicable traffic, towing, cargo, and safety laws.
Website information is not a substitute for the product’s labels, owner documentation, tow-vehicle requirements, professional installation, training, or applicable law.
Do not use a trailer that appears damaged, improperly connected, overloaded, or unsafe.

The parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
These governing-law and venue provisions do not override any applicable law that gives a consumer the right to bring a claim in another location.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed if necessary.
The remaining provisions will remain in effect.
37. No Waiver
A failure or delay by Sun Coast Trailers in enforcing a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision or another provision later.
